Outlook on Client "Freezes" when flagging for followup

We're running Exchange 2003. I have 1 user running Exchange Server Archiver 1.0. His Outlook session keeps "Freezing" as he flags mail for follow up. This only started happening after the RedGate archiver was installed.

Looking at the archive server, I see the following error appearing intermittently, I'm wondering if there is a connection.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Mail doesn't exist for given guid.

I've restarted the archive and index services for now, and will keep an eye on it.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

Hi cappygav,

Is your user flagging archived or non-archived mails for follow up when this occurs?

Could you please send me over some log files from his machine? They will be here:

%userprofile%\\Local Settings\\Application Data\\Red Gate\\Logs\\ESA Outlook Add-In 1

If you could also zip the following directory on the machine with the services installed that would also be useful:

%allusersprofile%\\Application Data\\Red Gate\\Logs

Also, is this Outlook 2003 or 2007?
