1) Weâ€™re having some trouble activating Multi Script. Even if we try to activate by email, or through web, in a machine that already used the trial (already ran the deactivator and no more serials are displayed to remove). I tried in a clean machine and in that one worked. We have two workstations with the same situation.
2) Why your support system by email is auto closing the tickets? I'm posting here to try to got an answer.
