I've done all the normal things, installed the agent, setup the security keys, even restarted the server and double-checked that the service is running. I also added a firewall rule (this is managed in the EC2 console via Security Groups, not at the machine level) for the default port used by the agent.
The manual health check, however, keeps failing. I'm getting:

System.TimeoutException: Client is unable to finish the security negotiation within the configured timeout (00:00:00).
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this further?
