Got a big issue here with the SQL Monitor alert systems.

I am trying to configure the system (has been several weeks now) to send alerts to my cellphone, like this:


I am in USA, by the way. My cellphone carrier is Tmobile.

I'm unable to get any alert using above format or email address.

Can someone point me to the right direction?

Here is my SMTP setting:
mail.global.frontbridge.com using port 25

Ohh, by the way and before someone ask for this, sending alerts or messages to that address DOES work outside SQL Monitor, i.e , regular mail. But I can't make it work inside the RedGate program.

Please help! :(
