We've been having a problem since SQL Monitor 3.0 (at least) where after we clear an alert, it's no longer visible. By that I mean, if we change the filter to show cleared alerts, it doesn't display all of the cleared alerts.
We're currently working through an issue with a vendor where we have multiple deadlocks for instance. Overnight, there may be several hundred that occur. After reviewing for patterns and such, we mark them as cleared. The problem occurs if we want to get a look at them again, and we change the filter to show cleared events, only a small subset of alerts are displayed.
Am I missing something? I figured I'd start by asking here before entering a support ticket.
