Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately the layout method you need is not implemented in the current version of SQL Refactor (1.3).

I have created a feature request to support the layout option in a future version. For your reference the feature tracking number is SR-823.

I second this request, although I'd prefer the 2nd and subsequent lines to be indented. Thanks!
