You've probably changed some of your file security. Your IIS anonymous
access account needs to have read/write access to the Uploads folder in
Aardvark. This is c:\program files\aardvark\uploads by default, but is
configurable in the registry under HLKM\Software\Red Gate\Aardvark\Upload
Once you find the location of the uploads directory, you should grant
IUSR_MACHINENAME read/write/modify access to that folder and everything
should be working again.
