When I try with a user which is not a dbo in the database I get the error below trying to get the latest version from the source control:
An unexpected null value was encountered while querying the database system tables. You may have insufficient permissions, or the database may be in an inconsistent state. You are recommended to use SQL Compare with dbo permissions. You can check the database is in a consistent state by running DBCC CHECKDB

I cannot grant the developers dbo access since we want them to work only with objects then have access to. Is there any workaround this error ?
