Working out my leak in SL4

Postby wint100 » Sat Apr 16, 2011 1:50 pm

I've been trying to solve a memory leak in SL4 for weeks now, and I'm still none the wiser.

I've posted my profile session below, so if anyone can look over it to see what they think could be the cause, I'll be eternally grateful.

I've had a quick look- the memory profile is showing signs of an *unmanaged* memory leak so you could be tripping up on a bug in SL. Other than that, I notice there are a lot of:

SilverLightService.DailyData[] objects - could these be cleaned up earlier?

Also- can you suggest ways that the memory profiler could help you more (short of a big sign saying- \"here is your leak\")?
