We have been experiencing the following error for months. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Unfortunately, there isn't much information in the error message.

Please can you send the SQL Monitor error logs, as described in this document, to support@red-gate.com and quote the ticket number #9612 in the subject line. Can you also describe how the error manifests itself?

Thank you for sending me your log files. First, can I recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of the tool. The log files indicate that you are using version 3.4. I have included the download link for version 3.5 below. Once installed can you test it to see if you get the same behaviour.
