How do I change root folder of deployed sites?

I would like to move the deployment folder but keep the automatic folder naming & such for deployed sites. How do I tell DM to use a new folder?

The deployment folder is set in the registry (on the agent machine). The registry key is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Red Gate\\Deployment Manager, and the root deployment path is stored in the string value Agent.Deployment.ApplicationDirectory

You could try setting an env variable

RedGatePackageDirectoryPath :
c:\\www\\$(RedGatePackageName)\\$(RedGatePackageVersion)\\
