Any ideas on the following? :( I've given "everyone" full access to the nuget folder.

The Deployment Manager Nuget server is configured with Elmah error logging, if you could go to http://localhost:8080/nuget/elmah.axd and provide us with the information from there it might help us to work out what is going on.
