After insertion of the code snippet, to it don't automatically apply case rules, defined on Options > Format > Styles > Case page.

SQL Prompt will expand snippets exactly as they're formatted in the snippets manager. If you want it to apply your own formatting rules to the snippets, you can run "Format SQL" (Ctrl+K, Ctrl+Y) after expanding the snippet.
This is a feature, not a bug - you can always edit the offending snippet/s in the snippet manager so that it conforms to your preferred style.
