Hi,
Is this possible by defining filters etc.?
Now I get basically drop/create of whole table first.

SQL Compare will modify objects by ALTER wherever possible. However, for technical reasons imposed by SQL Server, sometimes objects have to be dropped and recreated.

We have a list of circumstances that would force a table drop - hopefully your situation matches one of these: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/c ... 0708000113
