Date Token for Snippets

Postby dsutherland » Wed Nov 24, 2010 6:37 pm

Is there a special token to use to insert today's date when a snippet is executed, similar to the $CURSOR$ token?

Many thanks for your post.

Yes you can use $DATE$ for today's date.

Let me know if this solves the purpose.

Is there any way to format the style of date as the default is dd/mm/yyyy and our standard is dd-mmm-yyyy
