Configure the Location of the Working Bases

Is there any way to configure the location of the working copy on disk that SQL Source Control maintains?

No, this option doesn't exist right now. Can I ask why this is important for you?

Sure, my system drive is an SSD and whilst fast; does not have masses of spare space.

You could potentially achieve it with a symbolic link - see here

I used this method to store my whole user profile on an E: drive, but Windows still happily thinks it's c:\\users\\<username>

So you could try redirecting the c:\\users\\<your username>\\appdata\\local\\red gate\\sql source control 2 folder using that method.

This of course hasn't been tested, and wouldn't be a supported configuration in case of odd things happening, but I don't see any obvious reason why it shouldn't work.
