sort database distribution list?

Postby dguillory » Mon Nov 01, 2010 2:34 pm

Hello,
Is there a way to sort the distribution list? I have one list that is over 70 servers and it is a pain in the rear to review the list for accuracy.

thanks

There is a program called Multi Script List manager on labs.red-gate.com (unfortunately no link at this time because the server is being moved).

As I recall, you can sort the server list and save it back in sort-order.

Hello Brian,
Thanks for pointing me to the tool. After a wee bit of clicking, poking & prodding I figured out how to use it. Works for me.
Thanks

That tool would be handy for the lists that I have. Can you post the current location of it?
