Reload a file after many renames

Postby corrin » Thu Sep 02, 2010 10:40 pm

I'm still running through dozens of 'smart renames' and just got a SSMS warning that a file I have open has been edited by an external source.

I'm guessing that you randomly generated the same filename on two different smart renames

C:\\Users\\corrin\\AppData\\Loal\\Temp\\~vs3410.sql

Probably not a big issue - but might be worth throwing a couple extra digits into the randomly generated file name

Thanks for your feedback corrin.

I have raised internal issue SP-3401 for our developers to investigate further.
